Sorry about falling apart that's not fun. I would rather stab myself in the foot rather then go to the dentist. That's how much I don't enjoy it. I love the update. Sounds like you need to never get groceries and maybe you'll be fed for months. We just used the tuna casserole the other day when the missionaries came for dinner. They loved it!
