This is our chef. All his life he wanted to be a chef here at the lodge. He worked his way up to that position. First he was the horse stall person then when there was an opening at the kitchen he was a helper and now the chef. Dreams do come true even in a very small place of maybe 20 people and his village of 40.He saved his money, bought a computer and watched cooking classes on line to see how to make the food.
